Horizon Holdings Inc. is an investment holding company owned 78.9% by Hamilton Utilities Corporation and 21.1% by St. Catharines Hydro Inc.

Horizon Holdings Inc. owns 100% of the common equity of the following two subsidiary companies.

Hamilton Community Energy operates a "green" district energy business providing electricity and thermal energy to customers in Hamilton's downtown core.

Horizon Utilities Corporation, the principal operating subsidiary of Horizon Holdings Inc., is a regulated local electricity distribution company serving 235,000 residential and business customers in the cities of Hamilton and St. Catharines.
